At the International Conference Against Child Abuse and Neglect, recently held in Denver, USA, Tatiana N. Balachova,Ph. D, Russian psychologist with diplomas from Russia and the US, made an interesting presentation on street children in Russia and in Romania. She generously agreed to us posting this most interesting presentation on the Child Centre web site.
